About this 1997 Ford F350 4x4 truck (becomes a Texas classic in 2022)
The good
This truck is a completely stock 7.3l diesel with 245k miles. It has the E4OD automatic transmission. Power windows, power door locks, power brakes, power steering, etc. The color is tan with a tan interior.
The tuck was sideswiped on the drivers side damaging the front fender, driver's door, cab pillar, rear door, corner of cab and bed. All of these damaged parts were replaced. The repair of the pillar between the doors is 90% complete. There have been many repairs including but not limited to rebuild of the front differential (including replacement of the driver's side knuckle), steering system, steering column & the entire brake system. The shifter, batteries, EBCM, ICP and CPS, vacuum pump anti-lock brake modulator valve, belts and hoses, carrier support bearing, u-joints and many other parts are new. Most parts are Motorcraft. The engine is incredible. It starts very easy and has great power. The transmission is great as well with no issues. The truck comes with new reproduction grill and headlight bezels (not installed). The interior is a 8/10. Door panels have the typical wear and tear which were being converted to the wood grain Eddie Bauer tim. There are no codes thrown when checked with my Snap-On MT2500 scanner. All items in the truck that have been removed will go with the truck for you to put it back together.
The bad
Steel wheels with worn tires. The front door hinge pins will need to be drilled and replaced. The interior seats and console are in good to fair condition. The "Water in fuel light is one but no issues were found. I may have a spare sensor to replace the bad one. The truck does not come with the 4x4 dually setup and spare ZF5 in the bed. The receiver hitch and camper shell are sold. Extra parts will not be available unless you want to purchase them separate. I have the title singed over to me but need to complete the transfer before I can have it available to you.
